Pender Village Mixed-use

Pender Village is a new 86,500 SF mixed-use, office and retail building. Debby took over the project after the design phase and demonstrated strong self-management skills while guiding all aspects of  project from construction drawings, writing specifications, client meetings, through construction administration. Project was completed at Rounds Vanduzer Architects

Crooked Run Shopping Center

Debby was project manager for Rounds Vanduzer Architects on Crooked Run Shopping Center. She led the project from design through construction administration while coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors.

Rutherford Crossing

Rutherford Crossing is a multiple building retail center. Debby work directly with the principal architect at Rounds Vanduzer on design, construction drawings, and construction administration. During the design phase she modeled the project in SketchUp to explore various design possibilities.

Brambleton Sign Package

Debby completed a comprehensive signage design for 2,000 acre master planned community with residential, commercial, office, religious, and other functions. Signage regulations were very restrictive in this area, so the Sign Package was a way to guarantee a uniform design across the community and allow for all of the signage types and sizes needed in this community.  Extensive coordination with clients and county code and ordinance officials was required, and the resulting sign package contained well over 100 pages of signage standards and design.
